ACTIVITIES:   Silent Hike, Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork, Labyrinth, Body Prayer, Journaling, Massage, Talking Stick, Healing Circle and more.

 

LOCATION:  YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, Outside Asheville, NC. The Family Lodge is a beautiful building with fully equipped kitchen, covered porch with rockers, dining room and a large comfortable common area with stone fireplace.2 – 4 women per room. 

COST:   Covers all activities and lodging for 4 nights, 6 meals.  Payment for the retreat is on a sliding scale: Low Income $325, Middle income $375, High income is $445.

*Refund Policy:  If you cancel your registration before Sept 30th, you will receive a complete refund; between 9/30 and 10/15, we retain $25. After Oct. 15th, if you need to cancel, we will retain $50.
